It has been a real mixed bag since joining this stable but he won a 5f handicap at Chelmsford in October off a 2lb higher mark and there have been some excuses since; returning to 5f should help, as may the new headgear, and Sean Levey is an interesting booking. |

Consistency hasn't been his forte but his best efforts for Robert Cowell bring him firmly into the reckoning; they have been over 5f but he shouldn't be inconvenienced by this trip (stays 7f); dropping into 0-55 company can help. |

Overcame trouble when defying this mark at Chelmsford (5f, Polytrack) in October but he's not easy to predict and has finished out the back on Polytrack and Tapeta last twice; others more convincing. |

Only win for Richard Hannon came on heavy ground but he's fine on Polytrack and came in for support for his new yard, having been gelded, over C&D early last month; ran poorly that night and again since but this is easier off 2lb lower and back in headgear. |
