Ed Walker’s runner made a strong debut, when third at Newbury (6f, good), finishing a length adrift of Lady Alara and more interestingly just half a length adrift of the reopposing Clochette. She finished under hands and heels in that contest and looks to have more in the tank and should improve with that first run under her belt. Strong claims overall.

Has been in excellent form for Gemma Tutty and comes into this contest looking for a five-timer, having bagged the fourth consecutive win at Doncaster (2m, good) last time out, when a head clear of The Predictor, three weeks ago. Another looking for a five-timer, this Gary Moore charge, picked up his fourth successive win at Wndsor (1m 3f, good to firm), four weeks ago, when 2.25 lengths clear of Old Port and overcoming a pace bias as well. Unsurprisingly has another increase in the weights, but on current form, looks unstoppable in this race.

Race 5 (4:15pm) GLOBAL ESTEEM
Picked up a fourth career win at Leicester (7f, good to firm) in May, finishing a shorthead clear of Thapa Vc. A useful third at Goodwood last month, was his last run before switching to John Gallagher’s yard and he made a useful stable debut, when fourth of nine at Ascot (1m good to firm), having raced closer to the pace and would have been preferred. Should improve with a change in tactics this time around and can build on that yard debut here.
Race 6 (4:50pm) MR BIG STUFF
Six race maiden, who has placed in half of those starts, including a pair of second places at Chelmsford (1m, a/w) and Nottingham (1m 2f, good to soft). Has since made a couple of useful starts when taking on higher grades, with a seventh of thirteen at Epsom in a Class 2, last time out. Eases 1lb and drops back to Class 4 level for this race, which should encourage a better performance.
