Manchester City v Chelsea (12:30pm)
Manchester City take on Chelsea in a huge Premier League fixture at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday lunchtime, with a win for the Pep Guardiola’s side pushing them some thirteen points clear of the London side. City have won the last seven matches and have enjoyed a break since the FA Cup win at Swindon Town.
The Blues come in off the back fo a win at Spurs in the League Cup, but with a game to come on Tuesday, along with plenty of absentees, Thomas Tuchel will have a tough task to juggle player fitness and be as competitive as possible in this contest. That extra rest for the home side may just be enough to see them over the line here and complete a double over the London side,
Manchester City To Win (4/6)
Mister Fisher - Silviniaco Conti Chase (2:05pm Kempton)
Just four runners take part in the big race of the weekend at Kempton, with Nicky Henderson’s Mister Fisher in prime position to take the victory here. The former Peterborough Chase winner, missed out in the Oaksey Chase back in April, when just a neck behind Frodon at Sandow and returned to action, with a disappointing run in the King George on Boxing Day. However, this looks a solid contest for him to bounce back in, with a return to form arguably being enough to take the spoils here.
Mister Fisher To Win The Race (13/8)
Tunisia v Mauritania (4:00pm)
Tunisia take on Mauritania in this AFCON group stage match, with Tunisia likely to have the bit between their teeth, after the extraordinary ending to the 1-0 loss against Mali, where the referee ended the game early, on two separate occasions, much to their frustrations. Mauritania lost their opener to Gambia 1-0 and will not fancy their chances against a side who beat them 5-1 back in November. Expect a resolute defensive performance by the minnows, but the Tunisians to take a victory by a couple of goals.
Tunisia To Win -1 Goal Handicap (11/8)
Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal (4:30pm)
The North London derby takes place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday, with both sides looking to push their Champions League challenge forward. Spurs were knocked out of the League Cup by Chelsea, but are unbeaten in eight league games, while Arsenal showed plenty of determination, when holding Liverpool to a goalless draw at Anfield and playing a large part of the game with ten men.
The Gunners are without key players in midfield, but with Spurs struggling to create at times and without Heung-Min Son, we could see a bit of a stalemate between the sides. Spurs are unbeaten in the last seven meetings against their rivals on home soil.
Draw result and both teams to score (23/10)
