Kane To Score + Tottenham To Win (Tottenham vs Bournemouth) Premier League, Saturday 3pm – 1/1

Tottenham still hold solid hopes of reaching the top four this season and their chances should be boosted by three points against Bournemouth. Although Bournemouth have picked up under Gary O’Neil, their away record isn’t great and they’ve lost each of their last five away games to Tottenham.

Spurs haven’t been at their best this season but their home form has been solid, winning 11 of their 15 games at home this season. That’s largely down to their talisman Harry Kane, who has scored 23 goals already this season – that includes 12 goals in 15 home PL games.

Bournemouth have lost 10 of their 15 away games this season and their record against the top teams doesn’t read well. In their away games against the top 11 in the league this season, they’ve lost eight of them, and drawn two (winning none).

Tottenham have won their last five home games and Kane has scored in four of them, so the odds of evens on him netting in a Tottenham win looks a good thing.

Delta Work To Finish In The Top 7 (Grand National) Aintree, Saturday 5.15pm – 11/10

Last year’s Grand National 3rd Delta Work comes here seeking to go a couple better than last year’s creditable effort.

He clearly loves the fences having tackled them last season, and in the Cross Country where he made it back-to-back wins in March.

He’s a very sound jumper, likes to race fairly prominently and looks as safe as anything to at least repeat last year’s effort.

Man City To Win To Nil (Man City vs Leicester) Premier League, Saturday 5.30pm – 5/6

Man City have hit top gear at the perfect time and should be able to comfortably see off Leicester, who are struggling to hit any sort of form. They won’t fancy their chances of leaving the Etihad with any points on Saturday and I can’t even see them scoring.

Pep Guardiola’s side are currently on a 13-game unbeaten run, and perhaps more impressively have won their last NINE games in a row in all competitions. Six of those wins were to nil, and I doubt they’ll be fearing Leicester’s attack after keeping a clean sheet against German giants Bayern Munich in midweek.

Leicester have failed to win any of their last nine games in all competitions, losing eight of them, as they sit in 19th place in the league. They’ve turned to Dean Smith to steady the ship for the rest of the season, but he’s going to have his work cut out! In that nine game run without a win, they’ve only scored five goals, losing four games to nil.

With Haaland and co firing on all cylinders currently, I can’t see anything but a comfortable win for Man City on Saturday, so I’m happy to take the shade under evens on them winning to nil.

Parramatta Eels -8 Handicap (Parramatta Eels vs Canterbury Bulldogs) NRL, Sunday 7.05am – 8/11

The Parramatta Eels have had a tough start to the year, playing several of the top guns early on in the season. They’ve been holding their own largely week in week out in tough contests and this week look to have a chance to open up the engine.

They face a muddling Bulldogs team, with poor away form who are without stars Josh Add-Carr and Village Kikau. The Eels on the flip side welcome back powerhouse front row Junior Paulo who is an enormous part of their pack.

Gun half Mitchell Moses is in blistering form despite results and he should be able to carve up a disjointed Bulldogs back line here and put the Eels past the 8 point margin.
