Today’s top selections from the press and media feature a duo of runners at Newbury, along with a selection each from Wolverhampton, Punchestown and Southwell making up the quintet. So check out the top five most popular newspaper tips below, along with the best odds available.
1: REASONED (2:30pm Wolverhampton) (3 Votes)
Last four runs all took place at this track with a 2211 record. Last time out was over course and distance some twelve days ago , winning by 2.5 lengths. Ups to a Class 5 today, but is 3lbs better off this time around and looks a strong bet to score once more.

2: ZYLAN (5:50pm Southwell) (3 Votes)
Absolutely loves Southwell, winning five and placing twice in nine career starts at the track, including a second place nine days ago over course and distance. Expected to go close once more, with a battle against Private Matter for victory.

3: GLOCKENSPIEL (2:50pm Newbury) (2 Votes)
Was a flat winner fro Andre Fabre in France, before making a strong hurdle debut, finishing second by a head at Uttoxeter in a Class 4 novices. Followed up with another second at Bangor last month, albeit some 19 lengths adrift of the winner. Looks strong here and soft conditions will suit too.

4: TOKYO GETAWAY (3:05pm Punchestown) (2 Votes)
Continuing improvement in six career starts and finished second to Hawaya Aoife over 2m 5f here back in November, missing out by half a length. Made a strong chase debut at Tramore last time out but returns to flights here. Up 4lbs on that hurdle race, but has a 5lb claimer in C.P. McNamara onboard.

5: DJANGO DJANGO (3:25pm Newbury) (2 Votes)
Won two chases last season, between 2m 7f and 3m, with the last back in April at Haydock in a Class 2. Seasonal return brought a third in a Class 3 at Uttoxeter over 2m 4f, before being pulled up at Aintree on last run back in October. First time run on such conditions, but has the stamina to remain in the fight. Solid each-way claims at least.
