1: DREAM COMPOSER (6:10pm Ascot) (4 votes)
Strong opening performances, including a second at Goodwood (5f, soft) last month, before back to back victories at Carlisle (5f, good to soft) and most recently at Kempton (6f, a/w), nine days ago, when half a length clear of Night Narcissus. Rain should put them into contention and even with a penalty looks capable of building upon those recent wins. Laura Pearson claims 5lbs

2: ALENQUER(3:05pm Ascot) (3 votes)
Two victories in three starts, with a debut win in a Class 5 at Newbury last Summer, before stepping up to listed level and placing second at Haydock (1m, soft) in the September. Came back in April and looked strong in a Group 3 at Sandown (1m 1f, good), when half a length clear of Adayar, who has since won the Derby. That boost in form offers big hopes and with more yet to come, this could be a great opportunity.

3: SUESA (3:40pm Ascot) (3 votes)
Winner of all four runs so far over at Chantilly (5f-6f) and all on ground softer, than good. Her latest win came in the Group 3 – Prix Texanita, when beating Louliana by 3 lengths, quickening as she went clear. Huge opportunity to take a win on her UK debut and conditions will only suit, the more it rains.

4: MOTHER EARTH (4:20pm Ascot) (3 votes)
Winner of a Group 3 fillies contest at Naas, a year ago, but has found it tough to build upon that victory, with disappointing runs in the Moyglare and others. However, she returned with a bang, as she took the 1,000 Guineas at Newmarket (1m, good to firm) last month, beating Saffron Beach by a length, before missing out on the French equivalent at Longchamp, when 1.25 lengths behind surprise winner, Coeursamba. Major player here and another big win looks very possible this afternoon.

5: CREATE BELIEF (5:00pm Ascot) (2 votes)
Two wins in four starts, with both of those coming on testing conditions. The latest of those saw them take the spoils at Curragh in a fillies handicap (1m, soft to heavy), a length clear of Holly Golightly. Up 10lbs for this competitive contest, but conditions look to be turning in her favour for later today.
