1: KHAALIS (7:00pm Chelmsford) (4 Votes)
Solid debut at the beginning of September, when fifth over C&D, looking somewhat green during the race, but making a little headway towards the end of the race. Followed up with victory a fortnight ago, once again over C&D, when 4 lengths clear of Widaad. Handicap debut this evening and although not harshly treated, will have to improve to continue the run of form.

2: FUNDAMENTAL (1:55pm Salisbury) (3 Votes)
This second foal of Group 1 winner Integral, made a strong debut at Yarmouth (7f, good to firm), finishing strongly to grab third, 1.5 lengths adrift of winning favourite, Ready To Venture. Drop down to 6f is likely to suit, with only a couple of threats likely to challenge. Strong opportunity.

3: EL SALVAJE (6:00pm Chelmsford) (3 Votes)
Steady improver, who went close last time out, when second over C&D eleven days ago, a neck behind Global Art, with the rest some 3 lengths or more behind. Enjoys this track and can go close once again, with a little more improvement expected. Rises 3lbs after this contest, with connections looking to gain a victory before that comes to fruition.

4: NOCTE VOLATUS (5:35pm Ffos Las) (2 Votes)
No great signs in opening runs, but did improve to finish four on handicap debut, back in February at Huntingdon (1m 7f, heavy) on last run. Concern over sharpness, with such a long break, but does come in 4lbs lighter. Has an opportunity, but needs to show more, to take it.

5: STREET PARADE (6:30pm Chelmsford) (2 Votes)
Strong runs earlier in the year, including a second at Wolverhampton (5f, AW) have faded, with a best of ninth over the Summer. Has since left Stuart Williams yard and makes debut for Michael Attwater, with plenty of improvement needed on return, although the drop in class should help.
