1: AMELIA’S DANCE (2:40pm Wincanton) (2 votes)
Eight race maiden, who has four places to her name, as inconsistency seem to be the biggest hindrance. Placed third over C&D (soft) back in December, albeit 18 lengths adrift of the winner, but then placed seventh at Fontwell (2m 1f, heavy) in January, although she did finish a tad closer that day. Off a 2lbs lower mark, while a drop in class may also help, if she can find the form she is capable of.

2: GOLDEN EMBLEM (3:10pm Wincanton) (2 Votes)
Grabbed a maiden win at the fifth time of asking, when winning a novice handicap hurdle at Market Rasen (2m 4f, soft), beating Barnay by 4 lengths and a further 10 lengths clear of the rest. That was followed by a strong second, when elevating in class at Musselburgh (2m 6f, soft), 2.25 lengths behind Get The Appeal, twenty-four days ago. Rise of 2lbs should not be an issue, although improvement will be needed to beat Soyouthinksoagain.
(Irish Post, Karl Hedley. Sunday Mail, Rockavon)
3: DELLA MARE (5:45pm Kempton) (2 votes)
Unexposed with just four runs to her name and saving her best effort til recently, when second over C&D in January and missing out by a nose to winner, Aces. Hollie Doyle continues onboard and this Tony Carroll trained runner looks destined to go close once again.
(Sheffield Star, Fortunatus. The Irish Sun)
4: HIGHLAND AVENUE (6:50pm Kempton) (2 votes)
Strong start to career, with a second here over 6f, back in December when missing out by a neck as odds on favourite. However, he justified that favouritism in his next run, when taking the spoils over C&D in January, beating Silent Film by 5.5 lengths. Odds on market leader again and should justify that status this evening.
(Yorkshire Evening Post, Lee Sobot. The i, Jon Freeman)
5: EVASIVE POWER (7:20pm Kempton) (2 votes)
Had not won for twenty-six months and fifteen races, before finally returning to the winners enclosure over C&D a week ago, when 1.25 lengths clear of Pholas in what was his fifth run for Robyn Brisland’s yard. Up 5lbs today and will need to show a little more to beat Rovaniemi, but has strong claims.
