6:30pm Dundalk

The opening race is a mile trip playing host to fourteen runners, with Hidden Spark the favourite. Having finally picked up a first win at Fairyhouse in July, they have continued with strong performances since, including a second at Gowran Park last time out.

The GG selection here is Dubai Rainbow who has picked up a win and three places in eight career starts so far. A few below par performances recently have disappointed, but a return to a track that has garnered the most success, will be welcome for this Edward Lynam trained runner. Latchet looks the best of the rest and deserves plenty of respect here.

7:20pm Newcastle

For the next race, we switch to the North-East of England, for a seven furlong sprint. Fourteen runners take on this class five, with Mostahel the narrow favourite, looking to return to more positive results, after struggles at the higher level.

Black Friday sits just behind, with the joint OR leader placing twice in their last three outings, while RPR leader Chaplin Bay goes looking for a hat-trick, after wins at Ayr and Catterick. The GG selection here is Absolute Dream, who may be on the cusp of better things, having finished fourth (1.5 lengths off the winner) in their last race at Catterick. Another good performance should put them in with a chance amongst a fairly average field.

7:35pm Dundalk

For race three, thirteen take on this mile and a half distance, with the market anticipating a three-way fight between Lusis Natarea, who has a win and three places in their last five starts. Acclamatio who picked up a surprise place in a class four at Musselburgh last time out, after some disappointing runs previously and Nimitz, with the OR and RPR leader winning twice and placing five times in the last twelve starts.

Behind these, the GG selection Forest View leads the remainder of the field, picking up a win at **Roscommon back in July and has previously finished second in a class four outing at Leicester a year ago, so has the ability, if they can apply themselves here.

7:50pm Newcastle

The next race returns to Newcastle, with this ten runner race over six furlongs. This looks to be a straight fight between GG pick and favourite Zingaro Boy, with the Hugo Palmer runner impressing, when second last time out on the fibresand at Wolves and will only improve further.

The main challenge comes from OR leader Phuket Power who placed well in a class four Novices Stakes at Windsor last time. The remaining group are 7/1 bar and should offer little threat.

GG Selection - ZINGARO BOY

8:20pm Newcastle

For the penultimate race, thirteen runners take on another six furlong trip, with Roger Fell horse Fard the clear favourite in the betting.

Kellington Kitty leads the main group of challengers, winning impressively by six lengths, last month at Bath, while the GG selection is Ingleby Molly who won over course and distance last month

8:35pm Dundalk

The final leg of the day’s Scoop 6 is a mile and a quarter race, featuring a field of sixteen runners. Lady Rosebud is the strong favourite to take the victory here and has been in decent from of late, picking up a second at Navan last time out.

Dayereh is the GG pick for the race, with the TS leader a decent runner, but needing to arguably step-up to grab a first victory here. Magi Gal won last time out at Navan will likely go close again, while OR and RPR leader Schoolboy Error must be respected also.
