It’s the standout, iconic week on the National Hunt horse racing calendar, as hundreds of thousands of racegoers flock to Prestbury Park to watch the Cheltenham Festival. Four sensational days of world class jumps racing sees 28 races take place between Tuesday 11th March and Friday 14th March, with the likes of the Champion Hurdle and Cheltenham Gold Cup set to light up the Gloucestershire venue.
Those not lucky enough to be able to visit the track during the week will have to stick with watching it on television, but how can you watch the 2025 Cheltenham Festival? We provide all the information you need here on how to view it.

Ed Chamberlin and the ITV Racing team will yet again have the honour of providing the terrestrial television viewing and for the first time they will be showing six of the seven races every day. Having previously been able to show the first five races, they will now be showing the first six races on the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
A top team of pundits will be used during the ITV coverage with the likes of AP McCoy, Ruby Walsh, Matt Chapman and Luke Harvey all providing valuable insight to the action.
Racing TV is the paid subscription channel that you will need to watch if you want to see all 28 races across the week, as they will host seven races a day and provide wall-to-wall coverage of the ‘Greatest Show On Turf’.

With Nick Luck and Lydia Hislop steering the ship, Racing TV will have a lot more focus on the action on the track, so is an ideal platform for passionate racing fans, but don’t forget you will need to pay for the privilege.
If you are someone that just enjoys watching the races and not the pre-amble then a whole host of bookmaker websites will allow you to log in to your account and watch the race. Some will do this free of charge or with some firms you may need to place a little bet in order to earn the right to watch the races.
However, whatever way you watch it, make sure you tune into a fabulous week of equine action where the Olympics of jumps racing will provide its usual thrills and spills.
