Unibet HendersonUnibet ambassador Richard Hannon discusses his runners on the final day of York’s Dante Meeting on Friday, plus a couple of interesting charges at Newmarket and Newbury.

”..."Separate is a filly with a lot of ability"...”

Separate (Frankie Dettori)

She was unlucky not to win on debut at Newbury last time, when she lugged slightly left in the last furlong, probably due to tiredness on the soft ground, so she’ll be much happier on this surface and will have come on plenty for that experience, too. She is a filly with a lot of ability and one we like a lot, so I’d be very hopeful she can go close here; that said this race looks extremely competitive.

Good Luck Fox (Silvestre De Sousa)

He got short of room at a crucial stage at Sandown last time and was eased up, so I’d be inclined to draw a line through it, but that run will have brought him on no end and his work has been very good since. The Handicapper has dropped him a few pounds and a fast run 5f on good ground is right up his street therefore, I’d be quite hopeful that he can improve on his last run.

Wedding Date (Clifford Lee)

She’s a very tough and consistent filly who has a lovely attitude and ran and ran very well after a short layoff at Ripon last time, when slow leaving the gate, but finished her race well. She has won on the All Weather off a higher mark so, in theory, she’s actually quite well treated here and her form is more than good enough to see her in with a big shout in this.

Enchanted Linda (Hollie Doyle)

There’s not much between her and Wedding Date on both of their last runs and she was fourth over course and distance (beaten 1 length) off a pound higher mark in October, so off 77 today she definitely has a chance in this and her work has been very good.

We’ve got a few runners at Newmarket and Newbury and some decent chances among them. Ziggle Pops is a well bred colt who makes his debut in the Maiden (2:45) at Newbury and could be an exciting prospect while Little Bird has been doing everything right and takes her chance in Newmarket’s 5:45.
