When starting at odds of 9-1 or shorter his course and distance record reads 111111 (6-6), with the wins at 15-2, 3-1, 3-1, 5-2, 9-4 and 5-4 (+£19.50). His patient style is especially effective here at this time of year when the inside rail is riding ‘dead’ and he can sweep late/wide. He looks to have been laid out for this, shortening quickly from 20-1 into 10-1 with bet365 (the first firm to price up) and looks set to go off at a single-figure price.
