There is plenty of variety in Tuesday’s racing, with five meetings across the jumps and all-weather in Britain and Ireland. Here are Andrew Mount’s best bets across the card.

2.02 Lingfield – ONE MORE DREAM (1pt win – 5/1 bet365, William Hill)
ONE MORE DREAM tends to perform best in the late February to early April period and he caught the eye when third in first-time blinkers at Southwell a few days ago, doing best of those to race up with the pace (the first three finishers were described by the Racing Post as “dwelt start, towards rear”, “slowly away, in rear” and “took keen hold, prominent”). John & Sean Quinn’s six-year-old hasn’t had many opportunities on Polytrack, winning two of his four starts at Chelmsford and finishing fourth in both previous runs at Lingfield with excuses (hampered in the first of them, drawn in stall 1 in the other). Stall 9 should ensure that he avoids the ‘swamp’ on the inside rail, assuming that Brandon Wilkie doesn’t do anything daft like trying to make the running. Wilkie can usually be relied upon to get a tune out of his mounts in apprentice handicaps on the all-weather, scoring on nine of his 44 rides for a profit of £21.33 to a £1 level stake at SP.
3.38 Lingfield – UPEPO (1pt win – 11/4 bet365, 5/2 generally)
WANNABE BRAVE has won on his last two course visits but those came over 2m and the cut back to 1m5f in a race lacking obvious pace angles is far from certain to suit. UPEPO would also be happier given a stronger gallop but form figures over 1m4f-1m5f at this venue of 1111 (4-4) are persuasive and he’s worth a small interest.
6.00 Wolverhampton – HOLLYWOOD TREASURE (1pt win – 11/4 bet365, 9/4 William Hill)
Backing Amo Racing-owned newcomers, regardless of age and who trains them, has been a profitable exercise over the years with 52 winners from 247 bets (21.1% strike-rate) for a profit of £37.76 to a £1 level stake at SP (expected winners = 40.21, A/E = 1.29). Their juveniles had a good start with the Brocklesby winner last Saturday and I’m backing HOLLYWOOD TREASURE to follow suit. Obviously, with six unraced horses in opposition we’re having a bit of a guess but there are negative stats associated with BORN SLIPPY and RAJDAD, whose sire (Ardad) is 0-27 with his juvenile newcomers on the all-weather, and Alice Haynes’ COULD BE THE MOVE, whose trainer is 0-48 with two-year-old debutants on synthetics.
