image-left-align HeyhoeOnefortheroadtom can make it two wins from two starts over hurdles by taking the 2.00 at Worcester on Tuesday. Harry Fry’s recent Exeter winner looks well up to defying a penalty.

Indeed, Fry’s former Irish pointer looked one of the yard’s more accomplished young hurdlers in a strong division for team Fry when scoring on his seasonal bow against the Aintree champion bumper hero, Lalor, at Exeter.

This two-mile trip on easy ground should be right up his street and perhaps Onefortheroadtom can win this on the way to bigger and better things.

Bags Groove was a nicely backed 2-1 winner here for the all-conquering Fry stable at Kempton on Monday. Digging deep, he won with a bit up his sleeve and probably needs a stronger pace than the one set by the well-backed but ultimately disappointing Le Breuil. The latter was a flop at Aintree in the spring, and is proving costly for punters who seem easily seduced by trainer Ben Pauling’s high praise for the horse.
