Tote Swinger- Wednesday 12th December

On a daily basis, GG.COM’s own Totepool expert Malcolm Boyle will be providing a completely free and statistically tailored service for betting on the fantastic, fun and simple Toteswinger bet. Here are the picks for each of today’s UK cards.

Wednesday’s Toteswinger Service (December 12th):

These are Mal’s three horses against the field in each race on Wednesday, based on his statistical assessment of each race where and when trends are in place. Horses are listed in order of preference, whereby you can trim down your staking pattern if required.

Although three horses are offered from a ‘combination perspective’, only three stakes are required on each occasion as the toteswinger is run on a ‘dual forecast’ basis, whereby each pairing is reversed automatically.

In races where just six or seven runners have been declared, I will list only two horses in what will essentially become a ‘dual forecast’.

LINGFIELD:

12.00: 2 (Secret Symphony) & 3 (Isla Lund)

12.30: 3 (Majuro)–6 (Irish Heartbeat)–1 (Abhaath)

1.00: 1 (Thecornishcowboy)–2 (Conducting)–3 (With Hindsight)

1.30: 3 (Zenarinda)–2 (Hawaana)–7 (Landesherr)

2.00: 1 (Grand Theft Equine)–2 (Heezararity)–6 (Syncopate)

2.30: 6 (Roy The Boy) & 4 (Waking Warrior)

3.00: 4 (Beat Route)–13 (Any Given Dream)–3 (Standpoint)

3.30: 6 (Breakheart)–9 (Exopuntia)–4 (Refreshestheparts)

KEMPTON:

2.15: 7 (Upavon)–8 (Whipper Snapper)–5 (Master Wizard)

David Elsworth’s Avonbridge newcomer Upavon catches the eye, given that David has saddled two of his last six runners to winning effect.

2.45: 4 (Kalokagathia)–2 (Excellent Jem)–7 (Ishi)

Reasonably high on numbers but short on plausible winners, this second event on the card will take next to no winning at all.

3.15: 9 (Rangi)–11 (Lunette)–10 (Secret Rebel)

Rangi will take plenty of kicking out of the frame, though whether I would back John Gosden’s three time beaten juvenile from a win perspective is another matter entirely.

3.45: 10 (Thomas Hobson)–7 (Quadriga)–9 (Snoqualmie Chief)

Favourites come to the gig on a four timer on this occasion.

4.15: 5 (Emulating)–1 (Canadian Run)–3 (Mick Duggan)

Mick Duggan is the speculative each way call in the contest.

4.45: 6 (Thecockneycockney)–4 (Icebuster)–8 (Tartan Jura)

Trainer John Ryan has saddled eight winners (only matched my Jamie Osborne) since the end of the turf season whereby Thecornishcockney could achieve his hat trick.

5.15: 12 (Percythepinto)–3 (Tidal’s Baby)–7 (The Noble Ord)

A race which makes very little appeal in all honesty in which the three ‘selections’ appeal as much as anything else.

5.45: 2 (Clapped)–10 (Quan)–9 (Outside Run)

Three-year-old’s have won three of the four renewals to date whilst securing seven of the twelve available win and place positions.
