Verdict
Only two of them have raced on heavy ground and some have not proved themselves on soft even. Prometeo is in the latter camp but otherwise a strong contender in his hat-trick bid. It may prove a more solid option, however, to concentrate on Ardbraccan and AMANCIO who have clocked up lots of creditable efforts this season, but with Amancio’s latest start making him the more convincing prospect at this trip.[Richard Austen]
