TonyBet’s sports welcome offer in Ireland is a 100% free bet match on your first deposit, up to €100. You choose the sports bonus when you sign up, deposit at least €20, and bet five times your deposit within 14 days. TonyBet then pays a free bet equal to your deposit. Its football prices were among the sharpest we’ve checked in Ireland, but the bonus takes more work to earn than most.

TonyBet Sign-Up Offer Explained

TonyBet’s sign-up offer is a deposit match paid as a free bet, not credited straight away. At sign-up you choose between the sports bonus, a casino bonus or no bonus. With the sports bonus, you make a first deposit of at least €20, then place bets totalling five times that deposit on sports at odds of 1.5 or bigger for singles, or combined odds of 1.7 or bigger for multiples. Once the turnover is met, TonyBet credits a free bet worth 100% of your deposit, up to €100.

Where We’d Use the TonyBet Sign-Up Offer This Month

Racing doesn’t count towards TonyBet’s turnover, so football carries most of the work. The Champions League returns on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November, with Atlético Madrid hosting Bayern München and Arsenal visiting Slavia Prague, and TonyBet’s Weekly Boost adds a bonus bet for Champions League punters. The Premier League follows on 7 and 8 November, and the Republic of Ireland play Kosovo in the Nations League on Tuesday 17 November.

EventDateHow we’d use it
Atlético Madrid v Bayern München, Champions LeagueTuesday 3 November, 20:00Turnover singles at odds of 1.5 or bigger on the match result
Slavia Prague v Arsenal, Champions LeagueWednesday 4 November, 20:00A double with another Champions League match at combined odds of 1.7 or bigger

No promo code is needed: choose “Welcome Bonus Sport” when TonyBet asks you to pick a welcome bonus at sign-up.

TonyBet Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

Who Is TonyBet Best For?

TonyBet suits football punters who bet regularly enough to clear the turnover anyway, and who build accumulators. Its prices were sharp in our check, its Combo Boost multiplies winnings on accas of three to 20 legs, and its free bet has to go on a three-fold, so an acca punter loses nothing to that rule. The Weekly Boost adds a bonus bet for anyone who bets €100 a week on the Champions League.

It is a poor fit for casual punters who want a quick free bet: you have to bet five times your deposit first, and racing bets don’t count. App users should note that the Combo Boost isn’t available in TonyBet’s apps, which are also rated well below its rivals’.

TonyBet Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Football margins averaged 106.07% across ten Premier League matches in our check, sharper than any Irish-licensed bookmaker in our feed that morning.
  • A free bet of up to €100, with withdrawable winnings and no odds requirement on the free bet itself.
  • Combo Boost from x1.05 on a treble to x2.00 on a 20-fold.
  • The Weekly Boost: a €25 bonus bet for €100 of Champions League bets each week.
  • Bet builders on every Premier League match we checked, plus pre-built “Hot BetBuilder” combinations at boosted prices.
  • Gaelic football and League of Ireland markets.

Cons

  • The welcome bonus needs five times your deposit in turnover within 14 days, and your deposit is locked until then.
  • Racing, outrights and cashed-out bets don’t count towards the turnover.
  • Bet builder bets are excluded from all promotions.
  • Withdrawals are capped at €3,000 a day, and card withdrawals can take up to seven business days.
  • The apps are rated 2.6 on Ireland’s App Store and 3.45 on Google Play, and the Combo Boost isn’t available in them.
  • No phone support.

Sports You Can Bet On at TonyBet

TonyBet listed 47 sports on 29 October 2026. For Irish punters, the main ones are:

  • Football: the Premier League, Championship, Champions League, Europe’s top leagues and the League of Ireland Premier Division. See our guide to the best football betting sites in Ireland.
  • GAA: Gaelic football.
  • Other sports: tennis, golf, rugby, cricket, darts, snooker, boxing, Formula 1, American football, basketball, ice hockey, cycling, esports and specials.

Are TonyBet Odds Fair?

A bookmaker builds a margin, or overround, into its odds: the implied probabilities of every outcome add up to more than 100%. Around 102% to 105% is sharp, 106% to 109% is average and 110% or more is poor value. TonyBet isn’t covered by our odds feed, so we read its match result prices for this weekend’s Premier League matches directly from its Irish site on 29 October 2026. Overround is the sum of 1 divided by each decimal price, and payout is 200 minus the overround:

MatchHomeDrawAwayOverroundPayout
Hull v Ipswich (31 October)2.603.402.65105.61%94.39%
Tottenham v Crystal Palace (31 October)1.544.505.40105.68%94.32%
Brentford v Nottingham Forest (31 October)2.053.553.40106.36%93.64%

Across all ten matches of the round, TonyBet’s books averaged 106.07%, at the sharp end of the average band. Paddy Power, the cheapest Irish-licensed bookmaker in our feed that morning, averaged 106.48%. TonyBet’s prices were read about two hours after our feed’s, and odds move, so treat the difference as a snapshot.

How Competitive Are TonyBet Odds?

These are the decimal win prices on the same three matches, with rival prices from our odds feed on 29 October:

BookmakerHull (v Ipswich)Ipswich (v Hull)Tottenham (v Palace)Palace (v Tottenham)Brentford (v Forest)Forest (v Brentford)
TonyBet2.602.651.545.402.053.40

BetVictor2.502.631.505.75Not pricedNot priced
Betway2.502.631.535.252.003.30
Best price2.602.651.545.752.053.60

TonyBet had the outright best price on four of the six selections: Hull, Ipswich, Tottenham and Brentford. It trailed on the two biggest prices, where BetVictor offered 5.75 on Crystal Palace and bet365 3.60 on Nottingham Forest. That matches the overround check: TonyBet’s prices are tight across the board, especially on favourites and evenly matched games.

TonyBet History and Reputation

TonyBet says it began in 2003 as OmniBet, and that it took its current name in 2009 after the poker player Antanas Guoga, known as Tony G, bought it. Its operating company, Tonybet OÜ, is incorporated in Estonia and licensed there by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board; its four Estonian licences are listed on the Estonian Register of Economic Activities. TonyBet held a remote bookmaker licence from the Revenue Commissioners before the GRAI took over, and since 16 September 2026 it has held GRAI remote betting licence GRAI-0191-RB-26-0001, which runs until 15 September 2029. One condition of that licence is that TonyBet keeps customer money in a segregated customer account, as section 135 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 requires.

TonyBet Betting Features

  • Bet Builder: combine markets from one match, before kick-off only, plus pre-built “Hot BetBuilder” combinations at boosted prices. Bet builder bets don’t count towards promotions.
  • Combo Boost: multiplies accumulator winnings from x1.05 on three legs to x2.00 on 20 legs, with each leg at 1.2 or bigger. It isn’t available in the apps.
  • Boosted odds: daily price boosts on selected markets.
  • Cash out: on singles and accumulators, before and during matches.
  • Weekly Boost: a €25 bonus bet when you deposit €25 and bet €100 on the Champions League in a week.
  • VIP Club and Bettors Tournament: TonyBet also runs a VIP Club and a Bettors Tournament for regular customers.

TonyBet Mobile App

TonyBet’s apps run on iOS and Android, but they are rated 2.6 out of 5 from 61 ratings on Ireland’s App Store and 3.45 from 112 ratings on Google Play, well below most rivals on our list. The Combo Boost is only available on the website, so we’d bet through the mobile site rather than the app. See our Irish betting apps comparison for better-rated alternatives.

TonyBet Existing Customer Offers & Regular Promotions

  • Weekly Boost: deposit €25 and bet €100 on Champions League matches between Monday and Sunday, at odds of 1.50 on singles or 2.00 on accumulators, for a €25 bonus bet. It runs until 5 June 2027.
  • Combo Boost: up to x2.00 on accumulators of up to 20 legs.
  • Boosted odds and Hot BetBuilder: daily boosted prices and pre-built bet builders.
  • VIP Club and Bettors Tournament: listed on TonyBet’s Irish site for regular customers.

Customer Service

TonyBet’s customer service runs through 24-hour live chat, email at [email protected] and a contact form that promises a reply within 24 hours. There is no phone line for Irish customers.

Responsible Gambling

TonyBet lets you set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and loss limits, take a time-out of 24 hours up to three months, and self-exclude for six months, one, two or three years. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away, while raising one needs a 48-hour cooling-off period and an email confirmation. The National Gambling Exclusion Register isn’t running yet, so self-excluding at TonyBet doesn’t block you at other Irish sites; tools such as BetBlocker and GamBan work across sites.

If gambling stops being fun, free and confidential help is available from Gambling Care on 1800 936 725, 24 hours a day, at gamblingcare.ie, and from Extern Problem Gambling on 089 241 5401 at problemgambling.ie.

Our Expert’s Take

TonyBet’s prices impressed me: across a full Premier League round it was sharper than every Irish-licensed bookmaker in our feed, and it had the best price on most of the selections I compared. The welcome offer is a different story, because you have to bet five times your deposit before you see the free bet, and racing doesn’t count. I’d open a TonyBet account for value on football accumulators, use the website rather than the app for the Combo Boost, and take the bonus only if I was going to bet that much anyway.
