Tailed off two runs back but the season had started okay given the company he was in and it was a solid enough run to be beaten 6l last time at Fontwell (3m2f, soft); same career-low mark here and firmly in the reckoning.

First two runs of the season weren't that bad given the company he was in but he ran no race last time at Wincanton, albeit under an inexperienced amateur; wouldn't be too dismissive off a career-low mark with Charlie Deutsch taking over.

Not the force of old and unreliable nowadays but began this season with two very respectable runs in much stronger races than this, more recently when sixth in recent Southern National at Fontwell (3m3f, good to soft).

Never near the principals at Cheltenham on reappearance but that performance (tongue tied after wind surgery) was much more positive than his two runs last term and he's very well handicapped if reverting to the form shown as recently as January 2024.

Makes seasonal debut from a tempting mark and won't fail through lack of stamina but looked out of sorts on both outings at the start of this year and has done all his winning on soft ground; needs combination of wind surgery and first-time tongue-tie to prompt a revival.
