Champions League Betting Odds 2026/27

The 2026/27 Champions League is three matchdays deep and holders Paris Saint-Germain already look every inch the side to beat. Luis Enrique’s men followed their 6-1 opening rout of Slovan Bratislava with a 4-2 win at Manchester City and a 4-2 victory over Barcelona at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday night, handing the Catalans their first defeat of the season and sending PSG top of the 36-team table on nine points. Aston Villa, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Real Betis are also perfect after three games, while Arsenal had to settle for a 2-2 draw in Munich, Declan Rice’s late leveller rescuing a point after Harry Kane’s penalty had put Bayern in front.

Champions League Standings & Form Guide

Three matchdays into the league phase, five sides still hold a 100% record, with PSG edging Aston Villa at the top on goals scored after both reached a goal difference of +9. Here is how the leading contenders and the English clubs are shaping up.

PSG

The defending champions have taken nine points from nine and scored 14 goals in the process, the most in the competition. Winning 4-2 at the Etihad and then beating Barcelona by the same scoreline inside a week is a statement no other side has matched, and it is no surprise to see Luis Enrique’s side sharing favouritism at 7/2.

Bayern Munich

Harry Kane and company began with a 5-0 thrashing of Bodø/Glimt at the Allianz Arena, but a chaotic 3-3 draw away at Viking and Wednesday’s 2-2 with Arsenal leave the Bundesliga giants only 14th on five points. Kane already has four goals, though the defence has not kept pace with the attack, and a trip to Atlético Madrid is next.

Arsenal

Beaten finalists in Budapest, Arsenal followed their 1-0 win in Naples with a comfortable 3-0 win over Lille before a hard-earned 2-2 draw in Munich. Eberechi Eze opened the scoring and Declan Rice struck eight minutes from time to cancel out Kane’s penalty, leaving the Premier League champions seventh on seven points. The bigger worry is Bukayo Saka, who went off injured early at the Allianz Arena.

Barcelona

Barcelona thrashed Feyenoord 5-1 and won 4-1 in Istanbul against Galatasaray, but Tuesday’s 4-2 defeat in Paris was their first loss of the season. Xavi Espart and Lamine Yamal twice hauled them level in the second half before PSG pulled clear late on, and while they sit only eighth on six points, the bookmakers still rate them joint-favourites at 7/2.

Aston Villa

Last season’s Europa League winners have taken to the top table with relish. A 3-2 win at Club Brugge was followed by a 6-0 demolition of Fenerbahçe and a 3-1 win over Viking, leaving Villa second, behind PSG only on goals scored. A trip to Barcelona on 3 November will tell us far more, but 40/1 looks a big price about a side yet to drop a point.

Liverpool

Liverpool have won all three but have done it the hard way, conceding seven goals in the process. A 2-1 win over Atlético Madrid was followed by a 6-3 shootout at LASK and Tuesday’s 4-3 win over Villarreal at Anfield, leaving them third and 16/1 for the trophy.

Manchester City

A 2-0 win at Porto and a 5-1 thrashing of AEK Athens either side of a 4-2 home defeat to PSG leave Manchester City tenth on six points. Erling Haaland already has four goals and City are 10/1 to go all the way.

Manchester United

Manchester United’s return to the Champions League has turned sour quickly. A 4-0 win over Sabah has been followed by a 2-0 defeat at Atlético Madrid and Wednesday’s 4-1 hammering at Como, leaving them 21st with three points ahead of Roma’s visit to Old Trafford on 3 November.

Other Champions League Betting Markets

As well as betting on individual matches, and on the outright winner of the Champions League, you can bet on the following markets too. With the format splitting the competition in two, you can bet on the group stage before the knockout rounds, as well as individual awards such as the top goalscorer.

Champions League Group Stage Odds

The Swiss format is into its third season of use in the Champions League. All 36 sides will play eight matches to attempt to finish in the top eight of the initial pool stage, guaranteeing them qualification for the last 16. If not, the teams finishing 9th-24th will face a playoff round. You can bet on teams to finish in the top eight, in which English teams dominated last year.

Champions League Top Goalscorer Odds

Kylian Mbappe strolled away with the Champions League Golden Boot in 2026. The Real Madrid attacker notched 15 times despite his side falling at the quarter final stage. This season, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland, Serhou Guirassy, Ermedin Demirovic, Luis Suárez and Nicolò Tresoldi lead the way with four league-phase goals apiece after three matchdays.

Champions League Odds To Reach The Final

As well as backing the winner of the tournament, you can bet on a team to reach the final. This is a good market for those who may be available at longer prices to win the tournament, with the assurance of a payout just for making the showpiece in Madrid.

Our Champions League Predictions & Tips

With three of the eight league-phase matchdays played, PSG remain the side to beat. Three straight wins, two of them against fellow contenders, have shown the holders have lost none of their edge, and 7/2 still looks fair. Arsenal at 11/2 are the most solid of the English challengers despite the Saka concern, while Aston Villa are the long-priced angle to keep onside at 40/1.
