Bellewstown is another of Ireland's dual-purpose tracks with both flat and hurdle races. It has a three furlong straight and a fairly testing up-hill finish.

    The Effect of the Draw

    Over 5 furlongs it pays to be drawn higher, which is surprising considering it turns left handed with a couple of furlongs to go. Over the 1 mile trip the lower draws tend to fare better. Over 1m 4f plus there is no real draw bias.
