First four chase starts over 3m-3m2f at Cheltenham, appearing to run very well on first attempt until he crashed into the rails on run-in; took a backward step on the fourth of those outings and also below form when he wore cheekpieces (retained today) behind Le Milos at Sandown on latest start; competitive if he's back firing on all cylinders. |

Point/hurdle winner; has been the subject of incident in useful novice chases here (3m, good) this season, crashing through the rails on the run-in on reappearance (ended up a well-held second and is much better than that bare result) and falling early last time; has the ability to play a big role, provided this race goes more smoothly. |

Won Irish maiden point last October; looked a good staying prospect in his three hurdle races (3m+ in the mud) last winter, albeit not competing at the same level as today's rivals; made a very encouraging chase debut over C&D (good) three weeks ago until the run-in where he ducked left and collided with the rails, handing the race to Does He Know; that rival (gave 8lb) seemed to have just taken the upper hand anyway but it was Undersupervision's seasonal/chase debut, so he could come on from it. |

Winning pointer who hasn't hung about over hurdles despite progressing well in his three starts, latterly just missing out in a 3m2f heavy-ground handicap at Warwick; promising chase career ahead of him but all his form to date is on much softer ground and, for that reason, he looks best watched. |
