Form: 1
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
10,000gns yearling; 17-2 at Bath (5.7f, firm) three weeks ago but she got the hang of things in the closing stages and flew home to score by just over 3l; that was a striking debut but she has plenty to find on this big step up in class.
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Bated Breath filly who made a good start when justifying support in Nottingham maiden (6f, good; 13-2) last month; should benefit from that experience but this is a tough assignment and she needs major improvement.
Form: 4
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
16-1 and always behind after a slow start when a well-held fourth at Lingfield (5f, good to firm) three weeks ago.
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
120,000gns half-sister to winners Lancillotto (French 1m4f) and Bibiche (French 2m1f hurdle); looked in trouble at the halfway stage at Nottingham (6f, good) last month but she finished well to snatch an unlikely victory at 12-1; showed a good attitude in that race but the form hasn't worked out and others are preferred.
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
11-1 for a Goodwood maiden (6f, good) last month but she made steady headway before storming clear for a 5l win; that form is not easy to weigh up but the style was impressive and she should improve for the experience.
Form: 1
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Overcame trouble when scoring at 16-1 at Thirsk (5f, good) last month but the runner-up was beaten in a claimer next time; this looks a daunting task on the figures but she was sold for £150,000 at Goffs London sale on Monday.
Form: 6
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
16-1 for recent Newbury debut (6.5f, good to firm) and she faded into a well-held sixth of 12.
Form: 23
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Promising second on Nottingham debut (6f, good) in April but she failed to build on that when a 6l third at Yarmouth (6f, good to soft) last month; passed over.
Form: 2
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
£155,000 breeze-up 2yo; attracted support into 15-2 and showed promise when runner-up behind an impressive rival, who ran well in the Queen Mary on Wednesday, at Lingfield (5f, good to firm) last month; should be more streetwise this time but she needs lots of improvement upped in trip.
Form: 2
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
£150,000 breeze-up 2yo; second favourite on Ripon debut (5f, good) two weeks ago but started slowly before coming from last to finish a close second of seven behind a rival who was always well positioned; looks open to plenty of progress upped in trip and she's out of a sister to a 6f Group 3 juvenile winner.
11 (9)
Jolivette uniform
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Wootton Bassett half-sister to 7f/1m winner Jonquil (including 2yo/Group 2); 2-1 favourite for a fillies' novice at Newmarket (6f, good) last month and travelled smoothly before knuckling down well to beat Topaz with a bit in hand; that was a bright start and she's in the mix for a yard that won this in 2021.
12 (13)
Kings Prize uniform
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Too Darn Hot filly out of a Listed-placed 1m2f winner (RPR 106); well backed into 4-1 for Nottingham debut (6f, good) in April and she stayed on strongly to win in good style; not sure how strong that form is but it was a professional display and she looks an exciting prospect.
Form: 3
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
72,000gns breeze-up 2yo; sole filly in the line-up at Pontefract (6f, good) 17 days ago and she set the pace before finishing a close third of seven; that was a solid start but she looks a minor player upped to this grade.
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
400,000gns breeze-up 2yo; 4-1, took a bit of time to figure things out at Leicester (6f, good to firm) last month but finished well for a comfortable success over a clear second; that was a performance packed with potential and she has to be feared.
15 (23)
Light Of Dawn uniform
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
625,000euros breeze-up purchase; showed signs of greenness in a four-runner novice at Carlisle (6f, soft) 11 days ago but she landed the odds in smooth style; this is a different test but she's bred to be smart and her yard won this with a runner with a similar profile last year.
16 (11)
Love Is uniform
Form: 12 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
90,000euros half-sister to four winners; scored in good style on Windsor debut (6f, good to firm) last month and her second of three at Goodwood (6f, good to soft) last time was behind a smart prospect; should have more to offer but she needs improvement in this Group 3 event.
17 (16)
Magnesium uniform
Form: 71 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Improved on her 5f debut effort when winning a Kempton novice (6f, AW) last month but that form is modest and she looks outclassed against the potential in this field.
18 (18)
Rons Angel uniform
Form: 21 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Went close on Bath debut (5f, good) last month before landing the odds in a fillies' maiden at Lingfield (6f, AW) two weeks ago; battled well last time but she didn't need to improve to take that prize and she's well down the pecking order on form in this line-up.
Form: 3 BF
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
170,000gns foal by Havana Grey; showed promise when third at Windsor (6f, good to soft) 11 days ago but she couldn't justify favouritism in that race and and this is a much more demanding test.
OUR TIP
Form: 1 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
1,000,000euros yearling; dam 7f-1m winner (including 2yo/Group 1; RPR 111); 5-4 favourite at Yarmouth (6f, good to soft) last month and travelled strongly before surging clear for an easy win; that was an impressive debut and she could have a lot more to offer; big player.
Form: 21 D
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
120,000gns Sioux Nation filly; went very close on Naas debut (5f, good) last month and took a big step forward with her emphatic win in a Curragh maiden (6f, good) 15 days later; sets the standard on that form and she's a strong contender for yard that won this 2016, 2022 and 2024.
Form: 5
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Ran green and flashed her tail early on but she made some good late headway when fifth at Newbury (6.5f, good to firm) 18 days ago; that was a promising effort at a big price but whether she's up to this severe rise in class is another matter.
23 (15)
Topaz uniform
Form: 2
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Persian Force filly who attracted support into 13-2 at Newmarket (6f, good) last month and came from rear to give Jolivette a scare in the closing stages; that was a promising debut and she looks a nice prospect.
Form: 11
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Won at Bordeaux Le Bouscat (5f, good to soft) on debut and followed up in a Listed race at Vichy (5f, soft) last month; this is a different test upped in trip but she has some useful form and a French raider won this race in 2017.
Form: 322
OR:
W: 9st 2lb
Age: 2 yo Filly
Three promising efforts in Ireland include a close call behind a stablemate at Naas (5f, good) last time; this is much tougher on her British/stable debut but she has a progressive profile and is still with Amo Racing; not ruled out upped in trip.

Verdict

Aidan O’Brien has won two of the last four renewals and he has leading claims with Sun Goddess, who was impressive in a Curragh maiden last month and sets the standard on that form. Jolivette made a bright start with her cosy win at Newmarket and she’s respected along with Hidden Gift, who was a major eye-catcher at Ripon and is open to plenty of progress on this step up in trip. Light Of Dawn has a similar profile to last year’s winner and she’s an interesting contender for Karl Burke, while several others have also shown striking potential, including Libertango and King’s Prize. However, the vote goes to SILENT BEAUTY, who cost 1,000,000euros as a yearling and looked a star in the making when she surged clear on her debut at Yarmouth.[David Moon]
