Useful hurdler won his chasing debut at Fairyhouse (2m, soft) in January, staying on well; soundly beaten over 2m1f here next time (heavy); gave 5lb to Raglan Road when 7l behind that rival at Down Royal last time (2m5f, good to yielding); more needed.

Has put up several solid efforts in defeat over hurdles, with the best at Leopardstown during Christmas 2024 when beaten a head over 2m4f; failed to see out 3m at Fairyhouse on latest; drop in trip may help on chase bow.

Quite smart level of form when runner-up on two of three maiden hurdle runs for Gavin Cromwell last season, at Galway (2m6f, soft) and just denied over 2m4f at Leopardstown (good-to-yielding) when finishing strongly; didn't count on softer ground in Grade 1 novice at Leopardstown in February and absent since; returns for new yard which has been producing maiden hurdle winners of late and possibly the one to beat if reproducing his best.
