Hit the ground running over fences with wins at Bangor (3m, good) and Fontwell (3m2f, good to soft) but was tailed off next time and pulled up since (last time after wind surgery); still a lightly raced 7yo so has time on his side.

Tongue tied and sent chasing over 3m+ for last four starts, winning at Bangor and Fontwell on first two occasions but tailed off next time and pulled up five months later; made a respiratory noise on that latest start and had wind surgery soon afterwards; each-way contender if back on song.

Won last spring on his first two handicap/chase starts (3m/3m2f, good/good to soft); well beaten the next twice but perhaps wind surgery will help him rediscover his previous promise; he's a contender if so.

Seemingly better for a tongue-tie when winning his first two chases (3m, good; 3m2f, good to soft), the latter quite hard fought by 1l; his disappointing run at Newton Abbot probably came too soon only a week later and he remains on a workable mark.
