Useful in Ireland before losing his way and changing hands for £16,000; kicked off for Jamie Snowden by winning two military races for amateurs at Sandown (3m, soft) and the horses he beat on both occasions won handicaps afterwards; poor last time at Uttoxeter but had previously run well there in the Midlands National (4m2f) until not getting home; this mark is okay.

Had some smart form in Ireland before losing his way and changing hands for £16,000; kicked off for Jamie Snowden in winning two military races for amateurs at Sandown (3m, soft) and the horses he beat on both occasions have won handicaps subsequently; didn't get home on heavy in the Midlands National here but ran well enough for long enough to believe he's still in good form.

Had some smart form in Ireland before losing his way and changing hands for £16,000; a feather in Jamie Snowden's cap to have got him back on track with two 3m soft-ground wins at Sandown; those were military races for amateurs and yet the form has substance with the horses he beat on both occasions subsequently winning handicaps; probably on a good mark and he wasn't in form when pulled up in last season's Irish National on his only previous crack at a marathon trip; effective on heavy.
