Made a winning debut here (7f) early last year and was a good third at Goodwood (1m, good) in his final run last season; left William Haggas for 16,000gns in October; never dangerous on stable debut at Redcar last week but he didn't get the best of runs and was only beaten around 3l; should be sharper this time and he's in the mix back on AW.

Made a winning debut at Newcastle (7f, AW) early last year and placed over this trip and further in four of his six subsequent starts; has since left William Haggas for 16,000gns and the market should indicate what is expected on stable debut after 250 days off; cheekpieces given a go.

Placed in May/June in his first two handicaps (1m/1m1f, good to firm/good) and he's of interest on that form; two lesser runs have followed (1m2f, good to firm/soft) and he has something to prove, but this 3yo remains lightly raced and is in top hands; not written off.

Has looked a bit quirky but his close second at Musselburgh (1m1f, good) in June shows he's capable off this sort of mark; never a threat on quicker ground at the Newmarket July meeting but it was a hot 3yo only handicap; returns from two months off, minus the blinkers he's worn on last two starts and with his yard in excellent form; going softer than good would be an unknown but there's still a feeling he might have a bigger performance in him.

Won on debut at Newcastle (7f, AW) in February and he's gone close in two of his three runs since, including after a slow start on handicap debut at Musselburgh (1m1f, good; blinkers added) last month; up 3lb but that latest form has been boosted by the third since and he should have more to offer.
