Apple Away Career Form And Notable Achievements

Apple Away has won 4 of her 7 career races to date, with her most notable victory coming in the Sefton Novices’ Hurdle at the 2023 Aintree Festival. Having won on hurdles debut in September, she then failed to win any of her next three races. It wasn’t until February 2023 that she was back in the winners enclosure, running out an easy winner of a handicap hurdle at Ayr. She then stepped up to Listed company at Doncaster, where she made all to win cosily. Having won her last two races impressively, she made the jump to Grade 1 company and did it in style, winning the Sefton Novices’ Hurdle, having made most of the running to win by 1¾ lengths ahead of Maximilian.
