Yet to make any significant progress since his winning hurdle debut in autumn 2022 but still has fairly low mileage and did very well to go close in Southwel chase (2m4f, good) three weeks ago, given he jumped right-handed throughout; ground any slower than good to soft would be a worry but today's switch to a right-handed track is the obvious move.

Runner-up on chasing debut at Market Rasen (2m5f, good to soft) in November and put a lesser effort behind him when respectable fifth at Newbury (2m6f, good to soft) last month; will appreciate today's ease in grade; shortlisted.

Underwhelming progress over hurdles after winning his novice; kicked off his chase career with a promising second at Market Rasen (2m5f, good to soft) in November but he was a well-held fourth of six at Ludlow last time; in good hands and still lightly raced but others are more convincing.

Encouraging second behind unexposed winner on chase debut at Market Rasen (2m5f, good to soft) in November, and it was his first encounter with soft going when below par at Ludlow last month; this lightly raced 6yo retains potential and is an interesting contender now 3lb lower than at Market Rasen.

Underwhelming progress over hurdles after winning his novice so it remains to be seen how he'll progress over fences after an encouraging start at Market Rasen (2m5f, good to soft); proved no match for the winner and only 1lb lower for this.
