Had a spell in the doldrums for previous yard, so was well treated on debut for this one at Hereford (2m5f, good) in May when having a match in safe keeping from a fair way out; that form amounted to little (second well below best then and since) but this one has gone back up just 2lb and should stay this first attempt beyond 2m5f under rules.

Struggled last season on final three runs for the Newland/Insole yard; however, he won off 4lb higher at Bangor (2m4f, good) last April so has a handy mark to work with if a change of scenery has prompted a revival; new yard is enjoying a good month; remains in the same ownership.

Won off 1lb lower at Bangor (2m4f, good; also suited by soft) last Apri but has suffered three non-completions since then and was well beaten when he did get round; clearly capable of a big run but comes with a good few risks.

1-6 over fences, the win gained off 1lb lower at Bangor (2m4f, good; also suited by soft) in April; failed to complete three of those chases, though, and was safely held over C&D last month; tongue-tie returns; risky.
