Fairly useful Flat racer who took well to hurdling last season and, having finished second in a Listed race, opened his account in this sphere with easy success in Chepstow maiden (2m, good) three weeks ago; obvious contender.

Fairly useful on Flat for previous stable and chased home notable rivals in first two attempts over hurdles; struggled in the Boodles at Cheltenham most recently (had wind surgery since) but holds leading claims back down markedly in class.

Quite useful at 1m4f on the Flat, winning twice; chased home good horses, including Liari, in his first two hurdle races (good to soft) but progress hit a pothole when turned over at long odds-on at Market Rasen and soft ground (which he never encountered in ten Flat starts) was perhaps a factor; others preferred.

Both Flat wins at 1m4f (pretty useful form, best of these); good start to hurdle career for new yard, running up against talented Nicholls youngsters both times and dashing home to take a late second in a Listed Musselburgh race 16 days ago (1m7f, good to soft); this looks a good opportunity.

Fairly useful and consistent performer at up to 1m4f on Flat for James Ferguson; sold for 90,000gns before an encouraging show on hurdle debut at Kempton (2m, good to soft; 9-1) three weeks ago, keeping on well into second of six behind an impressive winner; worth a second look despite not being one of the top players on form.
